How long is the coaching process?

If you choose to continue after the Deep Dive, we design a customized 1:1 coaching process, tailored to your goals and needs.

This could include:

  • Regular coaching sessions (online or in Berlin)
  • Option for WhatsApp accompaniment between sessions
  • A duration of several weeks or months, depending on depth and rhythm

The process is individually crafted – with clarity and flexibility.

Where does the coaching take place?

You can choose between:

  • In-person sessions in Berlin – in exclusive, quiet coaching rooms
  • Online sessions via Zoom – equally effective and flexible
  • Hybrid options – if you travel or want a mix of settings

The Deep Dive and the full process are possible in English, German, or French.

Is this therapy?

No. Coaching is not a substitute for psychotherapy. However, my approach is psychologically grounded – and offers the kind of clarity and emotional work that many people seek.
