You feel: This isn’t working anymore. Maybe you’re exhausted, stuck, underchallenged – or simply lost. You’ve achieved a lot, but something inside you keeps asking: “Is this really it?”
In my psychological career coaching, we not only look at your next professional steps, but also at the deeper questions that lie beneath: Who am I professionally, beyond my resume and role? Which of my patterns have brought me this far – and are now holding me back? What do I really want to do with my potential, my life, my time?

What is Psychological Career Coaching?
Psychological career coaching isn’t job application advice. It’s a process in which you rediscover yourself, reflected in your work. We don’t just clarify what you should do next, but who you truly are professionally. This coaching supports you in professional reorientation, building a fulfilling career, or returning to work after a break.
What’s special: I work as a psychological psychotherapist and career coach – with over 25 years of experience. You won’t get tips from the outside, but clarity from within.
Common topics in career coaching:
My career coaching is useful for you if …
- You’re stuck in a job that doesn’t fit anymore
- You’re facing a major decision and want clarity, not impulse
- You want to move up, but keep sabotaging yourself
- You’ve quit (or been let go) and feel lost
- You want to strengthen your confidence and redefine your value
- You’ve outgrown your current role – and feel ready for something deeper
Whether you’re re-orienting yourself after graduating, stuck in a job as an academic, or looking for career coaching on an equal footing, this process is for people who want more.
How we work together
My psychological career coaching begins with a powerful Deep-Dive – a 90-minute individual session in which we delve directly into your central topic.
This session will provide you with clarity, direction, and initial impulses for change—without obligation to continue. You can attend the deep dive in Berlin (in a quiet, exclusive atmosphere) or online via Zoom.
If you’d like to continue working afterward, I’ll develop a customized coaching program for you. This typically involves a structured 1:1 process over several weeks or months—with emotional, analytical, and personal support. Online or in person. With or without WhatsApp support, entirely tailored to your needs.
This leads to a coaching process that is not only effective professionally – but also uplifts you internally.
